I felt welcome the moment I arrived in the apartment, my room was cleaned well with a nice package of gifts and the customer service advisor was so friendly. She introduced the facilities to me and whenever I have a problem she is always there to help me. The facilities here are all nice with high-speed internet and many common places for students to socialise. Various events such as the Welcome Party helped me make friends …it’s near the city centre so it’s close to key facilities…
