What happens with my post and parcels?

Depending on your accommodation, parcels are delivered to designated hub locations in the city, where residents can collect them at their convenience. Alternatively, residents may choose to accept delivery in person from the courier or arrange for the parcel to be left at an official drop-off location specified by the courier company. Unfortunately, we’re unable to guarantee a member of staff will be able to accept your parcel in un-manned locations.
