How do I send a request to the maintenance team?
Something broken? Faulty? Our onsite maintenance team will get right on it. Just let your accommodation manager know or simply use the Hello Student app.
Through the app you can raise a ticket for maintenance issues via the ‘contact us’ tile.
Once you submit the maintenance ticket, your site team will be notified and will respond through the app’s messaging feature.
The app is handy not only for raising maintenance tickets, it also allows for general enquiries, delivery status checks, visitor requests, and more.
