How do I use the login portal to complete my booking?

Within your booking confirmation email, you’ll find a link where you’ll be able to create your account to your online portal.

The portal is super easy to use. On your dashboard, you will see your reservation checklist items. This includes checking your personal information and submitting your ID for verification, so make sure you have your ID to hand.

One of the benefits of your checklist is that if you have a guarantor, you can also see their progress with doing their part of the booking. So, if a little nudge is needed to move them on to the next stage, you can let them know that they still need to complete some things.

Once you have completed everything on your checklist, you’ll just need to sign your tenancy agreement on the ‘my tenancy’ tab.

Our tenancy agreement signatures are run through Adobe, so at this stage you’ll be redirected to the tenancy agreement signing page, please be sure you read your agreement in detail as you are legally bound to pay your full year’s rent upon signing. If you have a guarantor, they will receive the agreement directly in their email to sign.

All these quick steps will need to be completed within 5 days of receiving your tenancy agreement. Once everything is done, you can begin your countdown to your next adventure.
